Include approved_at to merchant search endpoints

Description

Caused by 14cda62c-c785-43d4-94ed-3e169e10855d in prod which was approved 1 day ago: Currently frontend calculates the days since approval, by looking at created_at:

• Track the approval date and use in the labeling logic.
• Add a field to master/partner list merchant endpoints to include the approval date.
